Welcome to Micro-32. We would like to inform you on some "non technical", yet
very important details.
The workshops and symposium take place at the Dan Carmel Hotel, 85 Hanassi Street,
Haifa, Tel: +972-4-8306306 Fax: +972-4-8387504
Registration:
The registration/information desk will operate as follows:
- Sunday 6-9PM.
- Monday 7:30AM till 9PM
- Tuesday to Thursday 7:30AM till end of sessions.
Use the evening hours to get your material and close all registration issues early. It
will take you less time and will help to reduce pressure in the morning hours when local
people arrive.
- The registration kit you receive includes several items. Please verify.
If you are registered to the main symposium you get:
- Your name tag. Please wear your name tag at all times.
- Final program and other informatory pages (e.g. Haifa tourist information)
- Symposium Proceeding including CD (CD is affixed to the back of the proceedings).
- 6 Coupons: 3 lunches (Tue, Wed, Thu), Tuesday Reception, Wednesday Excursion, and
Wednesday Dinner.
Keep these coupons with you - they are your tickets to the relevant events!
We will not be able to replace lost or misplaced coupons!
- Various souvenirs: Bag, Shirt, Pen, Hat.
- Attendance letter in MICRO-32. International participants are advised to keep
this letter for presenting to the security officers in the air-port upon departure. It
will help to ensure a smoother security check.
- Best paper voting sheet.
If you are registered to a workshop/tutorial you get:
- Your name tag.
- Workshop Proceeding.
- 1 Coupon for Monday lunch.
Overall Schedule
- Sessions: All session starts at 8:30AM. Please
complete registration, coffee, etc., BEFORE 8:30AM.
- Daily sessions usually finish at 5:00PM.
Exceptions: FDO workshop ends at 6:15PM. Main symposium session on Wednesday ends 12:30PM
- Lunches: Provided every day at 12:30PM-1:30PM at
the at the "Dan Gan" restaurant (in the hotel).
- Breaks: morning break usually 10PM-10:30PM,
afternoon break 3:00PM-3:30PM. See final program.
