Paper Submission Instructions

Please submit one electronic copy of your paper in Adobe PDF or Postscript format. Use the electronic submission procedure.

Look at the submission instructions for more details on paper development, paper format, and submission guidelines.

The submission should not exceed 5,000 words.
Please format your document for a page size of 8-1/2" x 11" (Letter size). Do not use A4 page size.
Papers that are excessively long or that cannot be viewed using either Adobe Acrobat Reader or ghostview will be reviewed at the discretion of the Program Chair and/or the reviewers.

The revised official submission receipt deadline, after a one-week extension, is June 8, 1999 (11:59PM EST).

Papers may be submitted for blind review at the option of the authors.
